    +1! I would really like to check the corrolation with this and weight/calorie intake!

    I’ve been trying to improve vo2 max for a while now with absolutely no progress for many months. There must be something I’m missing. I’m quite fit and exercise a lot with cardio and everything balanced while my vo2 max is “below average”. Doesn’t make any sense to me.
