Readwise gives you daily reading suggestions from previous things you highlighted. Would be cool to track if you actually read them in Exist. https://readwise.io/
There is an API but it doesn’t provide reading statistics.

Additionally they now have a read-it-later service that is being positioned as a more performant alternative to InstaPaper and Pocket. Possibly it is worthwhile requesting an additional endpoint to support articles/words read while they are in a development phase: https://readwise.io/reader_api
I believe these are both valuable items to track.

Unfortunately the API as it exists currently isn’t fit for our use case. If and when they make reading statistics available we’ll reevaluate 🙂
The newest Readwise Reader API will return a few things; word count, percent read. Not a ton, but there is some data there: https://readwise.io/reader_api
