ActivityWatch is a free open source tracker cross-platform (Android, Mac, Windows) that allows one to track time spent on applications and websites. It works just like RescueTime.

As this doesn’t have servers and an API to hook into, it’s not as easy as other integrations. It’s technically possible by trying to build an Exist integration into ActivityWatch itself by contributing to the source, but to me the viability of this seems quite unlikely.
