Support global variables

Sometimes I want to use the same global variable across all plans that I create.

For example, perhaps I have multiple plans where I evaluate buying different real estate properties, each with the same mortgage terms but different purchase amounts.

    Example: I use the default 2.5% divided growth rate at the plan-level, but I have an investment account where historical dividend growth is 1.58%, which means I have to manually set this exception in every plan

    Allowing the conversion of certain items from local to global would be very powerful
