create equations that combine multiple metrics

at the moment, you can’t create equations that combine multiple metrics. but that would be an interesting suggestion if you want to add it to changemap; curious if others would find utility in something like that, though the UI might be tricky to get right. (Discord 18-5-2022)

    Not sure if this is where the idea was headed but could this be taken a step further to add some custom logic (e.g. if inflation > x% then…)
