Folks need a way to model a major home remodel (expense), and simultaneously add a different amount of value to the housing asset.

E.g. A home is assessed at 900k.

Project a complete remodel which costs 650k, but adds only 400k to the value.

This sort of falls into the same category as the Mortgage series, and rental income series feature requests.
