This is a document required by banks when applying for or renewing credit lines, applying for loans, SBA loans, meeting with insurance or financial advisors. Most entities requiring this will accept a form outside of their own so a simple organization of what is already inputed in the ProjectionLab… assets and liabilities with a net worth statement would be amazing. I have to do this exercise about 5x.yr. The form I found online most similar to what I’m using is attached.
