Historical and normalized distribution option for real estate returns
Related to selling assets for plan survival (see link to other suggestion), the Monte Carlo should include real estate as a data source and allow user to specify appreciation and standard deviation, or use historical data which can be found here: https://www.fhfa.gov/DataTools/Downloads
