Roth IRA Withdrawals from only contributions and conversions >5 years old

Enhance the Liquidity and Withdrawals from Roth IRA accounts to support the option to withdraw only contributions and conversions >5 years old without early withdrawal penalty before the qualified withdrawal age, and provide the option to either keep regular earnings until the qualified age or pay the penalty.

    This would be super helpful. It’s hard to successfully model Roth withdrawals today without this.

    I’m not certain this is still needed.

    We already support allowing withdrawals of previous contributions, as these are separate and distinct from earnings before the regular withdrawal age.

    See Settings -> Drawdown and you can clearly see 3 categories of Roth withdrawals. Early Roth Withdrawals, Qualified Roth Withdrawals, and Past Contributions.

    Conversions older than 5 years old are already part of Past Contributions. If they are not older than 5 years they would live in the Early bucket.

    If anyone still following this cares to clarify the need here please so. Otherwise I think we may close this out. Thanks!
