Create saveable custom income tax settings that can be used in in new scenarios

Once I modify my income tax settings can I create this as a custom present so I can use it across all my scenarios rather than have to re-create it for each scenario?

    Example: Someone wants to use a custom tax configuration at start of plan, and then apply a different custom tax configuration at a milestone event. Would require a) ability to create multiple custom tax configurations, b) ability to apply a custom tax configuration at a milestone event
