Support variable mortgage interest deduction limits by state
California has a higher interest limit ($1M loan value) than federal ($750k). You added the $750k limit in 3.6.1 (https://discord.com/channels/869222901054857216/1130933102454255686/1130933102454255686), but it would be cool to have better modeling for CA vs federal.
