Cash Flow Priority: "Gift anything left over"

To be able to specify that I want to “gift my extra cash” to my adult children. And ideally, I’d love to track/view the total amount gifted each year. (FYI: Where I live, gifting is not a taxable event)

    Would be nice if we could also look at gift taxation with this (i.e. allowing the priority to gift up to a gift/inheritance tax exemption limit annually)
