Add Utilities Expense to Real Assets (Building)

There currently is no place to enter utilities expense(s) in Real Assets > Building > Expenses. This would be useful for owners of rental income generating properties (ie. in scenarios where the landlord pays for utilities). Thank you.

For now you can model them as a custom expense separately. But I can see how it could be useful to have an option directly within the house/building form as well.

Would love the ability to have the BUILDING/HOME asset be able to capture Utility costs and Services costs as well.

    With my home, I have

Utilities: (Gas, Electricity, Sewer/Water, Garbage/Recycling, Internet, TV, Phone, etc.)

Services: (Yard/Snow care, Security & Monitoring, Pest Control, Cleaning services, etc.)

Much like i can capture Insurance, Property Tax, Maintenance, and Improvement costs, adding these two additional categories would be very helpful. Utilities & Services are all tied to this address, so when the asset sells, these costs stop.

I can create an expense item now, but enhancing the Asset configuration page seems like a good tweak to PL abilities.
