Many states, counties and cities impose a transfer taxes that can vary widely depending where the house is located. For example, in Washington the tax approaches a whopping 3% for high end properties. On the other hand, throughout most of Oregon there is zero transfer tax assessed. It would be great if we could input a transfer tax % associated with real assets. The workaround is to increase the “Broker’s Fee” percentage by the amount of transfer tax, but that is kinda clunky.
