Sorry if this does exist, but I haven’t come across this feature, but it would be great to be able to easily change properties you own from rental to principle place of residence and vice versa in the plan. For example, if I currently own one property that I live in, but would like to buy my ‘forever home’ in 5 years and then rent out the property, it would be great to be able to set that up in the asset section, and be able to add in expect rent for the property once you buy the ‘forever home’. Maybe the ability to set a sale date in the asset section would also be helpful e.g. to buy my ‘forever home’ in 5 years, I need to sell my current place, and use the sale funds to go towards deposit on new place.
