Add additional options to recurrences that allow strict cutoffs, including in-progress, to facilitate more detailed modeling.

Possible reasons for cutoffs: retirement, change of job

Example: RSUs vesting over a 4y time period. However, when one retires, they forfeit the unvested RSUs. I would like to be able to implement a cutoff that will prevent recurring RSU grants from continuing to payout past my retirement/separation date.
