Executive Deferral Plans

Ability to track investments into an employee “executive deferral plan” (EDP) with/without an employee match. The amount invested in the plan can be invested in stocks/bonds/company stock and grows tax free. The EDP vests upon an event - either x number of years after it was invested (with the ability to then roll it over) or at separation or upon retirement. Funds distributed are usually subject to ordinary tax in the US.
