This weather service also has local air quality and pollen count in its feed. Unfortunately its API has been closed down.
If you live anywhere outside the US or Europe, Dark Sky is awful. The data points available via WU are far superior. Dark Sky doesn’t even give Humidity, which has a massive impact on all kinds of conditions. Without that information – and not to mention the fact that Dark Sky is often wrong – the weather data is practically useless.
Also, here’s the humidity data from Dark Sky suggestion: https://changemap.co/hellocode/exist/task/1786-humidity-from-dark-sky/
Thanks for the suggestion link. My experience with Dark Sky hasn’t been the same. In the past couple of months it has logged rain on a silly number of sunny days. Most years that would be true at this time of year, but for some reason the climate seems to be changing. My suspicion is this is the problem: https://darksky.net/dev/docs/faq#historical-data But hey, what would I know, I needed to be told I grew up outside the US and Europe.
Unfortunately Weather Underground has also closed its API 😐 https://apicommunity.wunderground.com/weatherapi/topics/end-of-service-for-the-weather-underground-api
