Completed: Unicode support for custom tags

Custom tags can only be ascii. Unicode support would make tracking people easier, removing the need to transliterate some (e.g. cyrillic) names.

Not actually true, custom tags support a subset of unicode that’s greater than just ASCII. But you’re right in that not all characters are allowed. This is one that will most likely have to wait for a large re-architecture before being possible.
