This gives the ability to model the loan information correctly, for assets added to the plan. This unlocks the ability to model assets “as if” they are in Current Finances, without actually adding them to current finances. Among other things, this allows someone to model different rental income / ownership scenarios in parallel, using the Hide/Show feature.
